This agreement applies if you list a profile on Parda — that is, if you create a profile other members can find and contact. It is in addition to the Terms of Service and you accept it at the consent step, one statement at a time.
1. You are listing yourself, independently
- You are not an employee, agent, contractor or representative of Parda.
- We do not pay you, direct you, or take any part in what you arrange with another member.
- You decide who you reply to, what you agree to, and whether you meet anybody. You may decline anything, at any point, without giving a reason.
- You are responsible for your own decisions and your own safety.
2. Nothing commercial
You may not charge, and you may not be paid. No rates, no allowances, no gifts in exchange, no "expenses". You may not offer, imply or arrange any commercial sexual service. This is the one rule with no second chance: it ends the account permanently and may be reported to the police. See the Anti-Trafficking & Exploitation Policy.
3. You are who you say you are
- You are 18 or over, and the identity document you verify with is genuinely yours.
- Your photographs are of you and are recent enough to be honest.
- Your relationship status is true. Married, separated, openly non-monogamous, or single. Misrepresenting it is the most common reason a listing is removed after a report.
- You hold one account only.
- Nobody else operates your account or writes your messages.
4. Your photographs
- Every photograph you upload gets a masked copy generated on our server. That masked copy is what everybody sees by default.
- The clear photograph opens up only to members you have matched with — that is, people you liked who liked you back. Ending a match closes it again.
- You may hide your profile from search engines entirely and from the public browse.
- You grant us a limited, revocable licence to host, mask and display your photographs for the purpose of running the service. It ends when you delete them. We do not use them in advertising and we do not license them onward.
5. What we show, and what we never show
Shown: your display name, age, gender, city, general locality, relationship status, availability, interests and what you have written.
Never shown to any member: your legal name, your exact address, your email, your phone number, your identity document, or anything from your verification.
6. Conduct
- Follow the Community Guidelines and the Prohibited Content Policy.
- Respect other members’ discretion exactly as you expect yours to be respected: no screenshots, no sharing, no attempts to identify anybody off the platform.
- A block is final in both directions.
- Consent can be withdrawn at any moment, by anybody, including you, including after agreeing and including after meeting.
7. Pausing and leaving
- Hide your profile at any time — it disappears from browse and search and you keep everything.
- Delete your account at any time. It is immediate and real. See Account & Data Deletion.
- There is no notice period, no minimum term and no penalty.
8. When we remove a listing
We may remove a listing for a breach of this agreement, the Terms or the Guidelines. Anything involving a minor, a commercial sexual service, a threat, or sharing another member’s material results in permanent removal on the first occurrence, without refund, and a report to the authorities where the law requires one.
If you believe we were wrong, the grievance process gets you a human review by somebody not involved in the decision.
9. Money
No money passes between members, and none passes between you and us: the platform is free to use and we do not pay you. Nothing here generates income for you and there is nothing to declare in respect of it. Anybody asking you for a payment on this platform is either breaking these rules or running a scam — report them.
10. Your consent is recorded
Each statement in the consent form is a separate, named checkbox and all are required. What we store is the timestamp, the IP address and the verbatim wording you accepted, under a version string — so we can always show you exactly what you agreed to. When the wording changes, we ask again.
