How to reach Parda. Nobody here will ask you to explain why you are using the platform before helping you.
Support
Contact details are being finalised and will be published here before we accept paid registrations. In the meantime, use the support control inside the app.
Write to us about
- Your account — verification, a locked account, a login you cannot recover.
- Payments — a duplicate charge, a refund, a credit that was deducted wrongly. See the Refund Policy.
- Reporting a member — though the report control on the profile or chat is faster and reaches the moderation team directly.
- Your data — access, correction, deletion, withdrawing consent. Most of this you can do yourself from your account screen, instantly.
- Press and partnerships.
Formal complaints
Anything formal — a complaint about a decision, a data-protection request, or content that must be removed within a statutory timeline — should go to the Grievance Officer, whose details and legal timelines are on the Grievance Redressal page.
Law enforcement and legal requests
Requests from authorities must meet the standards set out in the Law Enforcement Request Policy. We do not respond to requests from private investigators, employers, or lawyers acting for a spouse, and we do not confirm or deny that an account exists.
